Our Process

STEP 1: ONLINE CONSULTATION

We start by receiving your query and subsequently request you send your last X-ray, CT scan or the latest dental report from your hometown to our email info@thedentalescape.com. We would also appreciate you to provide us with some important information as follows:

What are your primary concerns? Do you intend on fixing your broken or missing tooth or do you want to have a total make over with a brand new smile?
What would be your availability? How long will you be able to stay in Hyderabad for the dental works?

In maximum of (24) hours from receipt of the above our international patient coordinator will contact you by   phone or email to clarify and reconfirm all the information. He will then provide you an estimate of the cost and  the lead time required for the works along with an accurate case study of your dental and tourism activities  here.

STEP 2: FINALIZE YOUR TRIP

Once you have had the estimate of the cost and time for the works you could start booking your flights and accommodation.

Our international patient coordinator can assist you with hotel booking suggestions, where should you commute to get your works done, which is the best time to visit India, what essential personal effects should you bring along, visa requirements and guidance etc. Please feel free to ask us we will be more than happy to assist you.

STEP 3: FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION

Just like any other medical procedure a thorough examination is essential prior to the final work and procedure.

Having finalized your trip and you are all set to travel you must share your travel itinerary with us as we will accomplish the rest of the formalities prior to your arrival.

Our international patient coordinator will ensure your pick up from airport to hotel.

STEP 4: YOUR DENTAL PROCESS

Once you have checked into your hotel our international patient coordinator will recap with you your appointments and your complete itinerary schedule along with all arrangements to make sure that you have a comfortable stay.

Once you arrive at the clinic you will be subject to an examination the dentist and discuss your current condition and she/he will recommend the best option to suit your time and budget.

A final case study will be given to you; it will incorporate the plan of action, dental procedures, costs and lead time. You can study the proposal and book your appointments accordingly so that you could get all your works done on time and have some time on hand for some tourism.

During each appointment you will be attended by our qualified dentist/specialist who will at all stage’s keep you informed of the works and will answer all your questions.

STEP 5: EXPLORE AND EXPERIENCE HYDERABAD

Our dedicated travel guide will plan your sightseeing or city tour as per your convenience making sure that it does not hinder with your dental works. She/he will accompany you to the sights and show you the attractions and markets.

STEP 6: FINAL CHECK UP

Upon completion of all dental works you will have an additional appointment with our dentists who will thoroughly check the work carried out to reconfirm that everything has been done perfectly to your satisfaction.

In conclusion you will be briefed with complete guidelines on post treatment.
